User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TranNAP (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy . If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

TranNAP is an internal network penetration tool. Its core features are provided free of charge. The Service is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you register an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
• Distribute malware, attack third parties, or perform any network abuse;
• Overload or disrupt the stability and security of the Service;

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, trademarks, and documentation, belong to TranNAP or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to use our trademarks or other proprietary materials except as expressly permitted.

You retain ownership of any data you transmit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process such data solely as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

7. Privacy

We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the Service and describe our practices in the Privacy Policy . We do not sell your personal data.

8. Service Availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the preceding twelve months.

You agree to indemnify and hold TranNAP harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of this Agreement.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this Agreement. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect.

13. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TranNAP operates. Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Miscellaneous

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and TranNAP regarding the Service.
